Founding Appsifter
Why did I found Appsifter? I wanted to do great work. Creative work. Not mediocre, this will fit in a pinch marketing collateral, but great stuff that our customer's love and that their customer's love more. That's what makes me happy.

Natalie Salser
Account Director
Wild about customers, branding, and lead generation, Natalie has spent the last 14 years developing and executing global marketing strategies for high-tech, B2B companies across the globe. Allured by Appsifter’s approach, Natalie joined the team with the goal of making marketing more memorable.
About Natalie Salser
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Natalie is an avid Ohio State football fan who left the big league in order to earn BA in Communications from Georgetown College. While attending college, Kentucky stole her heart and she spent the next ten years living in Lexington before moving to Northern Virginia in 2007.
There is nothing that Natalie enjoys more than hopping on a plane to a fabulous destination, or being with her awesome family and friends. In her free time, you can find her in the kitchen trying to recreate dishes she’s had at local restaurants, or supporting the local food movement at area farms and farmers markets. She is happiest when she’s at home with her husband, their menagerie of pets, and twin boys.

What is your marketing mantra?
I believe that people buy based on the experience that a company creates for its customer. You can build great products but if you fail to create an emotional connection with your buyer you won’t establish a reason for them to buy from you again.
Who in your childhood most influenced you as a professional?
I grew up with a grandfather who owned several small businesses built on the principal of putting the customer at the heart of the business. He taught me that success only comes when you treat your customers as friends and family.
Julie Bohannon
Marketing Consultant
Julie brings over seven years of marketing management experience for B2B software and technology companies all over the world. She's now a proud member of Appsifter, where she gets to wear her creative cap on a daily basis.
About Julie Bohannon
Born in Nashville, TN, and raised in Orlando, FL, Julie spent most of her childhood skipping through theme parks and nursing sunburns. She discovered a passion for art in high school, and later earned a BA in Art History from Florida State University. Craving a change after graduation, Julie headed west to San Francisco in 2002. The two have been madly in love ever since.
When not glued to her computer, you can find Julie in an art gallery, at a music show, walking a dog, in a taquería, in a yoga studio, at the beach, in a bowling alley, or on a rooftop garden.

What makes Julie tick?
What I love most about marketing is it forces you to see the world from someone else’s perspective. It’s fun getting at the heart of what an audience wants and finding new and interesting ways to communicate those ideas.
What is her Marketing philosophy?
“Art has the ability to elevate mentalities.” This simple statement by one of my favorite college professors defines how I feel about Marketing. With a simple message and/or a thoughtful visual, you can help inspire ideas, challenge notions, and form opinions. How awesome is that?
